TC Sportswear & Uniform的絲印熱轉印燙畫(柯式熱燙印)T-Shirt適用於各種布料，採用具有Oeko-Tex Standard 100環保認證的法國Chemica燙畫物料，先把設計印刷在經過特殊處理的燙畫物料上，通過熱轉印機加熱施壓，圖案會牢固地轉移—到要印刷的布料上，擁有絲網印刷和繡花製作不能達至的柯式印刷效果。
此技術可以和電腦設計稿做的非常接近，適用於印製多色、複雜、有陰影和漸變效果的圖案，可以印刷高精度人物照片以及3D遊戲動畫圖案等彩色、層次飽滿、色調細膩的圖案，亦可配合燙金、燙銀、幻彩反光、夜光等效果，一般比較適合作為短期用的團體活動服或公司展覽推廣用的制服。

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary's leadership training program for young people.
RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims to
- Demonstrate Rotary's respect and concern for youth
- Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders
- Encourage leadership of youth by youth
- Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities
- Give young adults an opportunity to listen and exchange ideas with other outstanding community and student leaders
RYLA was officially adopted by Rotary International in 1971, and is one of the most significant and fastest-growing programs of Rotary service. RYLA programs often lead to the formation or strengthening of Rotaract and Interact clubs. RYLA participants often go on to become Youth Exchange students or Ambassadorial Scholars.
