由於本公司主要採用熱昇華印刷技術，所以我們都需要客戶提供 Adobe Illustrator (Ai.) 或 CorelDRAW (Cdr.) 矢量圖格式，同時附加 PDF 以作核對，如果沒有，客戶亦可提供相關高清圖檔，本公司會安排合作設計師配合轉檔（轉檔費根據圖案複雜程度作出報價）。

因光線與不同手機電腦營幕會造成少許色差，顯示器上的顏色跟產品實物上的顏色不一定一樣，設計圖顏色會根據不同的顯示器，所顯示出的顏色都有差別，成品出現輕微色差屬正常。建議客人在確認生產前，選取布料色卡 (Pantone)，降低色差問題。

尺碼表為平鋪測量，由於所有衣服剪裁和縫製都是經由人手製作，因每人測量方式及材質彈性不同，誤差一般在2至3厘米內為正常範圍，

本公司建議客戶把衣服內外反轉洗滌，這不但能保護相關印刷，亦能使衣服更耐用。請注意︰經常洗滌會更快帶來衣服上的損耗。

如果貨物收取後發現任何問題，請儘快在領取貨物後48小時內聯絡負責相關銷售人員，本公司會盡力配合解決相關問題，TC Sportswear and Uniform不會對任何設計上的改變負責（若最終設計圖在生產前已確認）﹔同時﹐若貨物經洗滌而受損亦一概不負責。 電話﹕ +852 3615 1203

客戶可以隨時作出補單﹐收取產品一個月內可以同價補單﹐數量不限﹔收取產品一個月後補單需重新安排﹐數量10件起。

本公司不設成品加工服務。

《國際籃球規則 (FIBA) 2020》 所有籃球球員服裝包括： • 球衣前後主色與短褲主色相同。若穿着有袖球衣，其長度不得超過手肘。不准穿着長袖球衣。必須將球衣束入短褲內，可以穿着“連身球衣”。 • 在球衣內不准穿着任何款式的“T 恤”。 • 短褲前後主色與球衣相同，短褲長度不得超過膝蓋。 • 必須穿着同一主色的袜子，袜子必須能被看見。 每一籃球隊成員的球衣前後應有與球衣主色成對比色的平面實體號碼。號碼應清晰易見，及： • 後面的號碼至少高 20 公分。 • 前面的號碼至少高 10 公分。 • 號碼筆劃粗幼至少 2 公分。 • 球隊只可使用 0 及 00、及 1 至 99 的號碼。 • 同隊球員不得穿着相同的號碼。 • 任何廣告或標誌，距號碼至少 5 公分。 籃球隊必須準備至少 2 套球衣，及： • 秩序表上排名在前的球隊（主隊）應穿着淺色球衣（最好是白色）。 • 秩序表上排名在後的球隊（客隊）應穿着深色球衣。 • 若經兩隊同意，可以互換球衣顏色。 《Official Basketball Rules (FIBA) 2018》 The uniform of all team members shall consist of: • Shirts of the same dominant colour front and back as the shorts. Socks need to be visible. Each team member shall wear a shirt numbered on the front and back with plain numbers, of a colour contrasting with the colour of the shirt. The numbers shall be clearly visible and: • Those on the back shall be at least 20 cm high. • Those on the front shall be at least 10 cm high. • The numbers shall be at least 2 cm wide. • Teams may only use numbers 0 and 00 and from 1 to 99. • Players on the same team shall not wear the same number. • Any advertising or logo shall be at least 5 cm away from the numbers. Teams must have a minimum of 2 sets of shirts and: • The first team named in the schedule (home team) shall wear light-coloured shirts (preferably white). • The second team named in the schedule (visiting team) shall wear dark-coloured shirts. • However, if the 2 teams agree, they may interchange the colours of the shirts
